The
directors of Structural Marine are industry professionals, with
decades of hands-on, practical experience in the engineering,
construction and fabrication industry.
Similarly, our employees are all qualified tradespeople from
boilermakers and welders and welding specialists, who work to
internationally recognised high standards of safety and workmanship.
In addition, we operate to the standard of Quality Assurance
System to ISO 9002, for the manufacture of marine anchors. We
also comply with other rigorous standards, such as Pressure
Vessel Codes, ABS, Lloyds, DNV, BV, GL plus BHP Petroleum and
Woodside Specifications.
With such a dedicated and experienced team, our capabilities
are wide-ranging, from land to marine operations.
Areas of expertise in the marine
industry include:
- The provision of boat and barge design, including stability
and structural analysis, as well as construction in aluminium
and steel to USL Code and Classification Society requirements.
- Manufacture of Superay mooring anchors.

- The repair and modification of offshore drilling vessels

Areas of expertise in mining and
general fabrication include:
- The manufacture of pressure vessels
- Heavy plate fabrication including chutes, hoppers, trommels,
grizzlies and vibrating screens
- Pressing and rolling of platework using 750 tonne x 4600
wide pressbrake and plate rollers upto 3000 x 25 capacity
- Heavy beam fabrication and equipment skids
- The manufacture of tanks
- The manufacture of Elution columns and Electrowinning
