1st class welder expert for over 30 years, Sam has a wide range of knowledge and experience in the welding and the fabrication field. During his time in SME he has provided guidance to teams of up to 200 even in the face of challenging and volatile economies. Key qualities include strategizing operational frameworks to integrate and align with company vision and senior management objectives, achieving best practices and maximizing profits.
Harry Na joined Structural Marine in 2011 with a degree in Human Resource
Management and Logistics Supply Chain Management. Harry is Pro-active in
problem resolution through expert analysis and leadership. Also recognized
for ability to effectively communicate and negotiate with executive
leadership, clients, vendors, contractor’s staff and the public.

A qualified Boilermaker/Welder with over 30 year experiences much in the
North West. John has worked with programmers in the robotics’ field
before becoming a workshop supervisor at SME dealing mostly with
Northwest clients. John has an outstanding track record in securing major
marine works and directing projects to successful completion safely and on
time, within budget to the highest standard of quality.

Ali has joined Structural Marine Engineering in 2019 after working with
Jack has over 27 year experience in the heavy fabrication industry.
Specializing in heavy metals fabrication, civil engineering, mining and offshore fabrication.
Also has been involved in managing and supervising many of the major projects up North.
As a qualified 1st class Welder who began with Structural Marine in 1982, George has over 40 year experience of heavy fabrication industry. George manages all weld procedures at Structural marine as well as quality management. George's skills in the training of apprentices and on-hand knowledge are a valuable asset to the company.
